1) If there is no response from iTunes, your device is most likely not in DFU mode. DFU mode is burned to your device so it cant be broken. 2) Have you tried recovery mode? 3) Have you tried WHILE itunes is connected?

Use "image list" and see the top listing (its pretty long). Compare that value with the value in IDA and subtract the difference (where the aslr value is greater obviously) from the offsets. you need to do this for each session as ASLR would change the address every time

Yes, imstall crash reporter and try replicating the issue. It gives a banner that says something like "xxxx has crashed and yyyyy is the main suspect". Alternatively, disable some new (or old) tweaks one by one and test what happens. Don't clean it. just disable it Go to the + > Cydia Substrate Addons > disable anything which isnt essential (essential marked as yellow or red which have other dependancies)

One specific app or multiple apps? One specific app can be due to jailbreak detection and you can use tsprotector or so. If multiple apps, (not new im guessing), try safe mode. If that one app is also not new, again try safe mode
