Your theos is broken because you're missing some dependencies. A quick google search should point you in the right direction.

Learn to code and don't waste time thinning binaries. Every binary should be able to be thinned because all apps submitted to the apple appstore have to have an arm64 binary.

It means the binary has already been thinned. It could also mean that the binary is in an unreadable format.
