    I don't care All I said was "If your vpn does not encrypt your web traffic, you're rekt". I did not say a vpn is a silver bullet. Neither did I ask for a lecture on web/cyber security. I made my comment for the benefit of others. I do not have any interest in continuing this conversation. Merry christmas.

    It's impossible to track tor because the tor servers don't know who sent the packets. Also, the packets are encrypted. There is no such thing as "anonymity" on the internet. No amount of "security protocols" will keep you safe. The best you can do is connect to a trusted proxy and log onto the tor network. That's about as secure as it gets.
