if this is a Unity game you will need to Use llc2ppDumper to actually find the proper Strings etc like coins or player::Health etc But just search for the thing you want using alt + T Also here

there are tweaks like unsub or choicy or nosub that can disable tweak injection but i am not sure if it will work on fortnite since its a Big game
