Lol just download from pc upload to Dropbox and get Dropbox on iPhone and download Install DropBox on PC -> download that file on pc -> upload it in your Dropbox account -> install Dropbox on iPhone -> log in same account and download it -> look for it in iFile and install

If u can't find the com.apple there will be a similar file almost same name just rename it to this one om.apple.security.plist

From cydia install iFile then open iFile and go to library preferences and delete come.apple.security.plist
