You really don't understand, there's nothing inside a .torrent file. You need to download the actual content by using that .torrent file. You can view online for Manga's, no need to download. Theres some apps available in AppStore or AppCake for viewing Manga content. Also, check here if the Manga you're looking is available via online.

Apple just want to make the refund much bigger. Once the money accumulated, Apple will get back to you. So you either pay for it or jail time. Watch out people. Apple is wiser than what you think.

Why would you open a torrent file? There's nothing worth getting inside. It doesn't contain the content [like videos/movies, etc], it only contains information about those files. You need a software like BitTorrent for you to download the actual content. If you really want to open .torrent file then open it with notepad or notepad++ via a computer.

Sign-out with your Apple ID then reboot. Sign-in again. Remove apps which uses a different ID that needs update & download again.

If you want a jailbreak on iOS 9, downgrade to 9.0.2.
