First, make sure the toggle for 'Use Trash' in File Manager for iFile is ON. Then you can find the Trash folder in /var/mobile/Library/iFile/Trash.

The app from AppStore has nothing to do with HipStore. You can can directly install HipStore as long as you install the certificate. This is an alternative to vShare.

Do you need to edit something through iFile before it works? It's a deb file, once downloaded/installed from Cydia the hack will automatically work or just manually enable the hack via Settings. There's no need for iFile if you download it through Cydia.
