with the hack installed the no cd is auto enabled so .. you need to unistall the hack for check if the hack works ^^

Lol the skill normal cool down is 4 round.. But you can use every round.. 你看下技能说明 Unistall the hack and you will see..the skill will going cooldown 2-4 round
