Okay so I've download 2 duplicated IPA's from @DiDA Tutorial and I am signed into Game Center on the original Clash Of Clans App (There is an original and 2 duplicated ones) I want to know how and if I can connect to game center on the duplicated ones. Extra: if you have clash of clans with another duplicated then you'll know what I'm talking about

It helped me, I mean what you did didn't solve the problem but it incouaged me to try and fix the error. Also, What you said did help me get up and figure out the problem but it didn't solve it the problem is within editing the application as seen in didas post you have to edit the company name. And i edited the company name to a completely different name and that was the problem. This is how you fix this problem: if your having this problem go to where you edit the company name and only delete 1 digit from the company name there should be something like this example: frogs.airhead.magic edit the company name which is between the 2 dos. Hope this helped!

Be more specific with "Jailbreak it is restarting" if you mean the app is not opening and or opening and closing, it may be because your Yalu app has expired. Hope I helped
