It's more than likely server sided, so you'll either have to use castix's tweak, or just buy the pack.

You could probably just reinstall PreferenceLoader and Cydia Substrate tbh

It restores your device to the update that you're currently on. Say if you're on 8.4, it will restore to 8.4. Note that Cydia will be removed, but you can jailbreak again when the process is finished.

You can't. myrepospace has been down for a while, so none of them will work. You'll have to get lucky and find another repo that has it.
