This happened to me a few weeks ago, i'm on 9.3.2 though. So dunno how ios10 jb works, but I just ran pangu again and they all came back. Didn't need to restart or anything. Hope this helps

I don't think this ever did work. Hacks were only visual and still took your gold and XP. Dont know why it is still avaliable
