It looks as if you are doing everything right, not sure why the IGMM is not showing up, is your game backed up ? Do you have a save ? if it is might be worth deleting both hack and game, running iCleaner just to clear anything up then download app, sign in to MSL account, play around a little and close it, install the hack, open the app and see if you can proceed to activate the IGMM

Should work on an iPad, have you tried removing and reinstalling the hack ? Do you have the latest version of the hack ?

Is the iPad Mini Jailbroken? Or is the iPhone 6 that's Jailbroken ? the title asks if it only works on Jailbroken device so I'll assume one device is not Jailbroken... if the iPhone 6 is Jailbroken, and you are using the same hack as you have on the iPad Mini (assuming it's non Jailbroken) then the 3 finger activation will not work as the non Jailbroken hack does not have an IGMM, the hack should already be activated.

However, if you "re-jailbreak" with Yalu on a device that erase all content before, Cydia would show some error and doesn't work properly. These issues can be fixed but are time consuming and can take some effort First question is do you still have "Root" access ? Connect your device to a computer and run iFunbox, see if you can access the root directory ? Hopefully you still have access to some files and we may be able to proceed.

What can you tell us about the moments leading up to this issue ? Did you update to 1.6.5 and it's just like it ? Is this how the update loaded you in ? Was it fine till you installed a hack ? What exactly have you done before this happened ?

Yes that's the one, when the game loads close the iOSGods splash screen and let the game load, when in your shelter wait for the Hack to load and give access then tap your screen with 3 fingers, make sure 1 hit bow is active, if it is just tap it off and back on again.
