Cydia still crashes

Device : iPad Mini 9.3.5 So today i installed GamePlayer for xarold's repo and i restarted spring board , but my ipad got stuck on the apple logo , so I had pressed the power and home button and rebooted normally , upon trying to reinstall jailbreak , the spring board reboot seems to be infinite thus i always have to stop it by pressing the power and home button . How can i fix this ? will it help if i uninstall GamePlayer somehow ? or use Custom Offsets on Phoenix ???

Iphone 5 supports iOS10 and 9.3.5 isnt sugned anymore by apple so you cant . Enter AppleiD when they ask for email And Apple iD Password in the password field . Make sure you enter correct login details otherwise it wont work like this error
