Yes , iOS 9.3.3 signing has long gone , you can max update it to 9.3.5 , which is the version I use . If I am not wrong iPad 2 is a 32-bit device and 32-bit jailbreak hasnt been there since long -
go to your home screen , find it there and open it from there , if you have troubles , use spotlight search @Taha Iqbal
