Don't necessarily understand what sort of "Browser based Games" but you can always modify the swf file and inject into browser through proxy or just use Cheat Engine. So i +1 on both Dida & AxDE's suggestions.

One thing i can say for certain is he's using Game Guardian to modify the Values. Lol
