@ShiyaX idk anymore, try clearing hosts, respring and see. You'll have to ask on reddit if you didn't get answer here and if you didn't get it solved, iOS 11.4 beta 1-3 is available at the moment so you might think of updating otherwise you'll have to use AppCake forever if you never find solution.

@Joka i installed your tweak and it made some apps crash upon purchasing, reverted back to LocaliAPStore it worked fine even offline.
