There are a couple of topics that includes the coords for Pokemon. In my opinion, Necrobot is the best, but I also use GoBot to farm pokeballs.

You need to be jail broken to use patches and tweaks. If you didn't know, there's a jailbreak for iOS 9 by Pangu.

Go to the Package > Modify > Clear. That should let you install the tweak.

You can try disabling it on FLEX, but most games force you to update.

iPhone 4 and iPad 2 are 32-bit devices. The latets jailbreak only supports 64-bit devices, not 32-bit.
