Comparing the hex of a mshook function to sub_x might work, but it's a long process. You can do it via Hex Workshop.

There are a couple of topics that includes the coords for Pokemon. In my opinion, Necrobot is the best, but I also use GoBot to farm pokeballs.

You need to be jail broken to use patches and tweaks. If you didn't know, there's a jailbreak for iOS 9 by Pangu.

Go to the Package > Modify > Clear. That should let you install the tweak.
