You don't need any coding skills until you wanna make things like Shmoo does. In Nfs you can hack a few things, see my hack on the forum to see what can be hacked. Aimbots require some code, so that's gonna be too damn hard for a starter.

I would stay on 10.2, but that's just because installing debs etc is anoying on iOS 11.1.2 (atleast iOSGods debs) but the jailbreak in general is okay. Atleast from what I've heard.
