Sorry, it is currently ViP only as of now. Perhaps this might change in the future, but not while Tencent is just patching and banning hacks.

Hey! It is not possible to upgrade like that. Apple forces you into their latest and greatest iOS version. Regarding blobs, not very sure. Could work but I'm not informed.
