There’s been around 5 ban reports out of ~1,200. I tested it myself and it’s still safe, for me. You should continue with a throwaway Account first.

Please be more specific on the issue you are having. Let us know which iDevice you're using, which iOS version you're on, which hack version, which app version, jailbroken or non-jailbroken and the exact steps you took to install the hack.
