Jailbroken Filza needs to be updated to work with Electra.

What's the error?

Electra 1.0.3 blocks Saurik's repo because the new APT update breaks electra.

Because 1.0.3 is more stable and should replicate a proper Jailbreak. You do not need SBInject folder anymore.

You can either copy the files and use a different name or just add another bundle ID line inside the apmenu plist.
