Because 1.0.3 is more stable and should replicate a proper Jailbreak. You do not need SBInject folder anymore.

You can either copy the files and use a different name or just add another bundle ID line inside the apmenu plist.

Try installing "Link Identity Editor" & "iOS Toolchain" from Cydia. Then try again. You didn't specify which Jailbreak you're using so continue at your own risk.
