You must have done something to your Jailbreak as these issues do not come out of nowhere. You can try running Delectra to completely femove Eectra Jailbreak so you can re-Jailbreak again afterwards. https://github.com/KirovAir/delectra

Have you tried searching iOSGods? Your issue should be fixable. If not, you should update and stay on 11.3.1 while you still can.

You can try to sideload a normal IPA you downloaded via iTunes, play on it so you can restore, then sideload the modded IPA over it so you don't have to see the restore screen.
