Help/Support Having problem installing saved games hack file or folder on ios 10.1

Hey guys I just downloaded defender 2 hack but when I try to replace the file / folder through iBackupBot at the last stage of restoring, I'm getting the error -1. I checked everything even I have turned off find my phone also still it's showing me the error and due to which I'm unable to install the hack. So please guy help me out with this issue. 

 

 

P.S.- I'm on iOS 10.0.1 and it's not jailbroken.

Make sure iTunes is closed and not running a sync or any sort of backup on icloud is going on

iTunes is closed and it's not running a sync but still the problem persist.

Make sure your iTunes is latest version

I'm on Windows 10 and components mean the iBackupBot software right?

yea my iTunes is of latest version that is 12.5.3

2. Apple Software Update
3. Apple Mobile Device Support
4. Bonjour
5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
6. Apple Application Support 64-bit

 

I think if you don't have these all , then definitely you might have a problem . Check out https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275 for reinstalling iTunes correctly

I have all those and I uninstalled and reinstalled my iTunes still that error -1 problem persist and I don't know what to do. Please help me out as I can't install any hack of any games due to this or if you guys have any other idea through which I can install those hack then please let me know.
