Yes, ReProvision is very cool! It should also work on Non-Jailbroken devices too I believe. The only downside is ReProvision uses the free Apple developer accounts so you can only install/sideload 3 apps at the same time.

Well, I'm proud to announce that starting from today, the iOSGods App now has the functionality to sign your own custom apps that are outside of the iOSGods App. Requirements A direct link to the IPA. We currently only support importing IPA files from a file sharing site like DropBox. The link must not be behind a registration, a download button or anything else that may prevent us from directly downloading the IPA with a single click. An iDevice. You cannot install the IPA on your computer or your Android device, for now. What are the features? Easily sign custom apps using our certificate. You can install as many apps as you want and you don’t have the 7-day limit that free Apple developer account have. We have plans on expanding this feature. Ability to change the app's Bundle Identifier. Making it possible to install the app as a duplicate without overwriting the original. Changing the app's bundle ID may have unwanted side effects. Ability to set a custom new display name for the app. Ability to set a custom new app version. Ability to change the minimum iOS version required to run the app. Changing the minimum iOS version will make the app installable, but the app may have side effects when you run it on an iOS version which it doesn't officially support. Ability to enable the iTunes File Sharing option so you can browse the app's Documents directory on your PC. This is only available on the iOSGods App+! Ability to inject iGameGod to your app. This is only available on iOSGods App+.
