Hello, If this is regarding PUBG MOBILE, there seems to be a bug which causes the game to freeze if you use it while on Mobile Data. So connect to WiFi during the app launch and then you can play normally. We’re looking into what could be causing this bug.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Mine installs and opens fine on iOS 12.2, iPhone X.
