Both are equally good. But if you want to Jailbreak iOS 13.2.2, then CheckRa1n is your only option.

I would suggest a rootFS restore then update via iTunes or OTA. Then Jailbreak with CheckRa1n. It supports iOS 12.3 to 13.2.2 currently.

With the release of the amazing CheckRa1n Jailbreak, I'm sure most of you are wondering what works and what doesn't, is it worth to upgrade, etc. In this topic I would like to state that most of the Tweaks made by our members are currently confirmed working on iOS 13.x.x Jailbroken with CheckRa1n. This includes some .debs that would not work/crash on Electra/Chimera. So you can go ahead and update or Jailbreak and enjoy your newly Jailbroken iOS device on the latest signed iOS version! If for some reason a tweak does not work, then the author will update it ASAP to make it compatible with the new Jailbreak.
