Hello, Apologies for my late reply. If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD. Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction. Kind regards, Rook

You would have to wait or play on a new account. You can change the Bundle ID, but it still cannot be the same as the App Store version.

Hello, On the latest versions of iOS, Apple prevents you from sideloading apps that have the same bundle ID as an App Store app. This means that Game Center progress can no longer be synced on normal/paid Apple Developer sideloads as of now.

This is already fixed in the next update. Which Windows are you using?
