You can use whatever you like, but for safety and security reasons a disposable Apple ID is suggested. Could you reinstall iTunes from the web version and not Microsoft Store?

Use the change bundle ID option to achieve this. Make sure you keep the anisette option unticked if you’re using a free account.

Where did you download this IPA from? And what is your iOS version?

Did you set a custom bundle ID? Might be unrelated, but did you use the same Apple ID linked to you game center.

Are you being asked to enter the 2FA password? If yes, try to enter nothing. Empty.

Please open Sideloadly and let it update to v0.8.2. This should fix the Two Factor Authentication issue. Report back! You will have to whitelist Sideloadly or allow it on your antivirus software.
