It does not have a virus. It must be a false alert. You could also scan it on virustotal.

It should support Windows 7. We do not plan on supporting Windows XP.

No. Make sure you have non Microsoft Store iTunes installed and that iTunes detects your device.

@Claod @Mukhkkk & others. Please try the new 0.11 update as it includes more information for us to troubleshoot the insufficient data issue you are facing. Please send me the new logs.
