Enable the Anisette option if you are using a free Apple account.

You will have to change the download link entirely in this case. It seems like we cannot allow this file host for security reasons.

That is likely only happening if you sideload it, which Apple forces the bundle ID change. App+ and Enterprise seem to be working.

It's a known issue with BitLife and some other apps which we're working on solving.

Hello, Apologies for my late reply. If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD. Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction. Kind regards, Rook
