Since you did not mention your iOS version, you are likely on iOS 15 beta which the App+ is being worked on to support it. -

Sideloadly was tested and confirmed working on iOS 15 BETA 2.

iMazing IPAs aren't decrypted. Your IPA must be decrypted in order for Sideloadly to work. We've added this to the Frequently Asked Questions too.
