I don't think Sideloadly is the tool for that. Someone will likely come along and "Jailbreak" the M1 Mac to run IPAs you're not supposed to. To be clear, Sideloadly does work on your M1 Mac? You can sideload to your iOS device using Sideloadly?

Hello, This may be an issue with Sideloading. Does your version work?

On free Apple Developer accounts, you're only allowed to have 3 apps sideloaded on the same device. You can overcome this limitation by going with a paid Apple Developer account or purchasing iOSGods App+.
