There is no currently no way unless you pay Apple $99/Year or use iOSGods App+.

Hello, I just tried it and I have no issues logging in. Is Google perhaps banned in your country? Can you try going into Private Mode? You can also try logging in to Safari and then it’ll automatically log you in-game.
