That would help you, but first you need the actual patch to inject, which you need to create. Once you've done that, you should use Sideloadly instead as injecting and sideloading is made easier.

Yes, you can. But some games do have issues when sideloaded, especially since Apple has started limiting them on latest iOS versions. What game is this?
