Is your IPA sideloaded or modified in any way? Perhaps you need to completely uninstall the tweaks.

If iTunes detects your device(s) then so should Sideloadly too. Try reinstalling both, perhaps that helps.

Simply re-opening the app after crashing would normally fix it. Unless the app decided to corrupt your save/progress which is very unlikely.

You'll need to narrow the results down to a few that you can change as changing a lot can cause instability in the game and possibly crash it. So you need to keep refining the searches.

That is macOS only. Latest Windows is 0.25.

Sideloadly now has that option built-in. You can enable it under advanced options.

You can try Flex 3, or Supercharge. Filza hex editing is also useful. There are ways to also get IDA-like on iOS but it's cumbersome.

Hey, Each game is somewhat unique in terms of names used and how they store their data. To find out for the others, you can either try performing x action to see if it changes or updates any files (such as your example plist), or you'll have to reverse engineer the app to figure out how it works.
