Only ViP users can downgrade old app versions hence why you're unable to. Normal users can download already-decrypted but that version you're after was decrypted, and then deleted because we do not have unlimited storage space. I decrypted it for you now so you can go ahead and download it!

Please review any Safari extensions or ad blockers and VPNs that may be interfering with the iOSGods App+ installation flow.

We have this added but it’s strangely not working for some unknown reason.
