Well, that's a bit strange? Do you maybe have any tweak installed which triggers that? Have you tried rebooting or Safe Mode to make it go away? If you want to remove it using a Tweak, install Cloaky then go to Settings -> Cloaky -> StatusBar -> TTY

Doubt it. They banned your account and that banned information is stored on their servers which we can't modify (unless you hack their database ). Contacting them is the only solution to this from what I see.
