Hello, Jailbreaking iOS 8.1.3 is not possible for now. You can't update to 8.2 beta and jailbreak also because Apple has stopped people from doing it. 8.2 was released today so we might see a Jailbreak being released soon. Also moved to the correct section.

You can also do this an easier way using dpkg: First, CD into a folder of your choice: cd /var/mobile/Documents/ Then run this command to export your list of tweaks & apps: dpkg --get-selections > mytweakslist.txt

Install AppInfo from Cydia and go to the Packages Tab then click Action at the top then Simple list. Copy paste the packages here.

Post your tweak list here so we can determine the cause.
