This isn't a tweak. Fixed your title.

This could be because of a few reasons. I think the main one could be hardware issues. But, go into Safe Mode and see if you still get this issue. Maybe Activator is doing this? You stated that it rained also? Maybe you need to dry the phone off a bit? Water causes issues.

Yeah, but I don't really see people using this? We lock most of them, we can't delete topics because the hack is outdated though.
