If you're Jailbroken, install this: http://iosgods.com/topic/9113-ineffective-power/ Non-Jailbroken you can check iMessages on a Mac and remove the Effective Power text or I've heard asking Siri to read your latest message works. Is siri able to delete them also?

Seems like you've messed with your phone a lot and either removed or corrupted system files. I'd suggest a full restore via iTunes but since you're Jailbroken, use Semi-Restore.com.

Hello SamySam, All Jailbreak tools state that upgrading to a newer version of iOS via OTA in Settings causes issues with the Jailbreak so I would go with what they say since they're the creators of the Jailbreak and restore to iOS 8.3 once more via iTunes.

I just tested the first one on my Non-Jailbroken iPhone and it worked. Waited ~30 seconds on the loading screen and now I started a game with the attack power of 9999.
