The folder locations have changed in iOS 8. If the hack tells you to upload to /AppName/Documents/, in iOS 8 you need to go to /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/ find the name of your app (I suggest Filza) and paste the hack inside there. -

Do you still have the Applications symlink in /var/mobile/? If yes, delete it. Do your System Apps show?
