Settings.app = Your iPhones settings. Just open your settings and scroll down to see the cheat. You need PreferenceLoader installed for this to work.

The way you want it would be more confusing for members. There is a reason we have only a few sections it's because of simplicity and it's easier for members to navigate. Making 2 different sections for Tutorials & Tools might be a problem because 1: People won't know where their tutorial/tool should go & 2: Tutorials are tutorials. Whether it's how to hack or how to do this and that. So I think they should stay in the same section. Let me know what you think.
