Brose to your project folder via iFile and tap on edit then the + icon. Name: theos Type: Symbolic link Link target: /private/var/theos You need to do this on your preference folder also if you have one.

Laptops aren't really that much customisable. It's best if you get a good one in the beginning so you don't have to mess with the internals in the future. You need to ask at the place you're buying the laptop if you can upgrade your processor or not because you might need to upgrade the motherboard also.

Get Ubuntu. Dual-boot it with your Windows and try not to remove your Windows completely this time.

You can't use Xcode on Linux but I think you can use lldb. Never tried it myself so can't help you.

Is your processor Intel Pentium Dual Core T4500?

SSD is way faster than HDD but 120GB might not be enough. I'd suggest you go with 1TB HDD.
