Do you think it's possible that instaliker is no longer supported and that's the reason the error is there? Maybe you can test it on another iDevice of yours? If you have one of course.

Does this happen while in Safe mode also? And you're on 7.0.4?

I think Clap can be causing this since it needs to play a sound when you clap your hands?
