That's all I had. Not sure what could be the problem now, we tried everything I could think of.

xCon and maybe PrefUp (not sure what this does). Try uninstalling xCon...

Just did the app updates and mine still works. Do you maybe have any other tweaks or hacks installed for this game? Maybe some Cudia tweaks conflicting?

How about iAPFree? Not sure if that still works with iOS 8 but you can give it a try!

Do you have any other iAPCrackers installed on your iDevice? If yes, disable/uninstall them and leave just LocalIAPStore on. If LocalIApStore still doesn't work, try disabling it and use iAPCrazy.

The game is universal so if you make the hack on iPhone, it'll work on iPad also. iPad 3 & iPad 4 have little differences between them. What happens when you try to buy gems and click cancel?

It works on my iPad Mini so it should work on your iPad 4 also. Make sure Generate custom receipts is off.
