You test them? You can also run the "top" command in Terminal to see a live view of the running processes on your iPhone.

One of those tweaks might be causing this. If you've tried Safe Mode, most will be disabled but find out the ones that aren't and uninstall them.

xmodgames doesn't have that? They usually update their hacks after the game gets updated.

The problem is with the app then. Maybe Facebook needs to get their shite together? Or maybe you may have a tweak from Cydia messing with Facebook?
