Do you see MC5 anywhere on the list? This won't unban your account. It will unban you iDevice. -
I think what you're trying to accomplish requires IDA. The reward data are probably not stored in the configuration files but rather in the binary.

New Apple ID = fresh Download of the game = Energy system

You might need to resync back your old account for veteran but that would bring the ban back also. Did you use your veteran Apple Id and Game Center?
