You're looking for IDBox on Cydia. It switches between multiple Apple IDs but not sure if it affects Game Center also. -

I don't think so. You can't save multiple accounts in one Game Center unless the app supports that or something. -

Yeah, semi-restore is suggested for iOS 8 since it fully supports it. I think my friend used iLex RAT on his iOS 8 and it messed up his phone. Back when I tried it on iOS 6 (or 7) it worked fine.

"+ mini reviews" I once was bored and Gurren Lagann popped up in my Netflix so I gave it a go. Watched all episodes and it was pretty nice! It's about fighting giant robots and people forced to live underground because of them until two friends started becoming curious about what's on the surface.

Actually, if we're talking about the same guy, he doesn't decrypt our hacks and stuff. He just injects another dylib into the hack which has his own popup and sh!t. Example:
